What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 60 days. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number as your subject line and your proof of purchase attached to the email.
Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. You must postmark your items for return within 60 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund.
Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your return to process. We will send an email notification once the item(s) have been received and the refund has been initiated. From this date, the full refund amount will appear back in the original account within three to five business days.
If you return your items after 60 days from their delivery receipt, we reserve the right to refuse your return.
Do you refund international orders?
Yes, we do! Our return policy applies to all of our international customers.
Kindly note that we are not responsible for return shipping on international orders and will not provide reimbursement for any international return shipping charges.
What happens to my returned items?
We will donate them to social organizations for the needy.
